Ingredients for the recipe
20 tiger prawns with shells and heads
2 limes
6 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
2 tablespoon fish sauce
150ml sweet chilli sauce
Procedure for the recipe
- Rinse the tiger prawns and dry well. Slice the limes. Heat the vegetables and sesame oils and fry the prawns on all sides over a high heat.
- After having turned the prawns over for the first time, add the sliced limes and continue frying for 3 mins.
- Add the fish and chilli sauces. Continue stir frying until the sauce has coated the prawns on both sides. Serve.
