Ingredients for the recipe
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon peanut oil
500g frozen squid rings
1 tablespoon oil
Garlic mustard for sprinkling
Procedure for the recipe
- · Mix the vinegar with soy sauce, caster sugar and oil. Pour the squid rings into a colander and leave to thaw.
- Heat the oil and briefly stir-fry the squid rings over high heat. Add the sauce, bring to the boil and then braise the squids for 10mins.
- Rinse and shake dry the garlic mustard and cut into fine rings. Serve the squid sprinkled with the herbs.
