Cook time is 30 minutes (serves 3)
Ingredients for the recipe
250g long-grain rice
4 mild, medium large green chillies
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
400g mixed seafood, ready to cook
100g young green peas
200g fresh bean sprout
4 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chilli garlic sauce
Procedure for the recipe
- Cook the rice according to the instruction on the package and set aside. Rinse, trim and seed the chillies and cut into rings.
- Heat the vegetables oil and briefly stir-fry the seafood. Add the peas and bean sprouts, and then toss in the cooked rice.
- Season with the fish, oyster and chilli garlic sauces. Towards the end, stir in the chopped chillies. Should the rice start to stick to the cooking pan, add a little water.
