Cook time is 25 minutes (serves 3)
Ingredients for the recipe
32 medium sized rock lobsters
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon tom yum goong paste
1 teaspoon nam prik
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
250ml fish or chicken stock
Some rau om leaves
Procedure for the recipe
- Dry the rock lobsters; remove the heads, lightly crush the tails and claws. Heat the oil and stir-fry the rock lobsters on all sides.
- Add the tom yum goong paste, nam prik and oyster sauce, pour in the fish or chicken stock and cover; leave to simmer gently for 10 mins.
- Towards the end, remove the lid, let the sauce thicken a little more and season with rau om. Serve.
